Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched.

Dispatch Days:

We aren’t able to send Juices over the weekend due to their perishable nature. The following are the days for dispatch:

  • North Island: Monday – Thursday
  • North Island (Rural): Monday – Wednesday
  • South Island: Monday – Wednesday
  • South Island (Rural): None

Shipping Delivery Times (once picked up by NZPOST)

We send all Juices with overnight shipping. In the case of courier delays, or some rural addresses, this may take an extra day.

  • North Island: 1-2 business days
  • South Island: 1-2 business days
  • South Island (Rural): We, unfortunately, do not deliver to Rural South Island addresses due to the long shipping time of a perishable product.

Reminder: Our juices are blast frozen to -30 degrees and have been trialled to be perfectly safe travelling in our fully insulated packaging. Thawing during transit is completely normal and as long as your juices have arrived at least partially frozen, they will still be perfectly safe to re-freeze.

In the rare case that there is a major delay, and all juices are completely thawed, please send us pictures immediately upon arrival so we can assess this and take further action for you.

Tracking Number

Tracking details are sent out automatically once the couriers have collected your Juices. If you didn’t receive anything, please check your spam folder or otherwise reach out to us, and we can send it through.
