Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. Our pouches may take 1 to 2 days added to this time-frame for us to make & freeze before shipment. This is due to the fact that we make pouches upon order basis and do not stock these items at hand.

We do not ship North Island orders out on a Friday and South Island orders out on a Thursday or Friday due to weekend overlay of perishable products sitting in courier depots.

Shipping Delivery Times (once order has been processed and packed)

North Island: 1-2 business days

South Island: 2-4 business days

North Island Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-2 days mentioned above for rural delivery.

South Island Rural Delivery: We, unfortunately, do not deliver to Rural South Island addresses due to the long shipping time of a perishable product.

Reminder: Our juices are blast frozen to -30 degrees and have been trialled to be perfectly safe travelling in our fully insulated packaging at least 5 days. Thawing during transit is COMPLETELY normal and as long as your juices have arrived before 5 days whilst in transit, they will still be perfectly safe to re-freeze due to our blast freezing techniques.

If your juices arrived on Day 5 or more, and ALL juices and ice packs are completely thawed, please send us pictures immediately upon arrival so we can assess this and take further action for you.

Tauranga: $6

North Island: $12

South Island: $30

North Island Rural Deliveries: an invoice of an additional flat rate of $5 will be sent to you once your order is placed

South Island Rural Deliveries: We unfortunately do not deliver to Rural South Island addresses due to the long shipping time of a perishable product.

You should receive an email with your tracking number shortly after your order is placed. If you did not received anything, please check your spam folder. Alternatively please email us on

Please note: It is up to the customer to track the order once sent from us. If you have any trouble with your delivery, please contact the courier company first using your tracking number. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the courier, please let us know to investigate further.
