REPLACEMENT + REFUNDS

Placed an order online and realised there was an error made? Let us know within 24 hours of your receipt paid and we will try our best to rectify the issue before collection from our couriers.

Received your items and the juices were COMPLETELY thawed? As long as there is still an ice block in the juice or ice packs, it is safe to refreeze. However if your items were completely thawed upon delivery, ensure you send us a picture as soon as you have received them, and we will replace or refund your order.

Received your goods and incorrectly packed or missing items? Inform us within 24 hours of your items delivered and we will replace the items at no cost.

Email info@artisanjuice.co.nz as soon as you have become aware of any issues with your order.

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we need to be in control of the cold chain at all times, we do not accept returns once the order has been sent out.
