Your Cleanse Journey Made Simple
What to do: Before, During, and After
Before your Cleanse
Receiving Your Juices
- Your juices will arrive frozen or partially frozen.
- Keep them in the freezer until your desired start date.
- Move the juices to the fridge approximately 24 hours before your start date to defrost.
- The juices will last 3–4 days in the fridge, but for the freshest taste, we recommend consuming them within 24 hours.
Getting Your Body Ready
Prepare for your cleanse by gradually cutting down on processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol in the days leading up to it. This helps reduce inflammation, prevent dehydration, and gives your digestive system a chance to rest and focus on detoxification. Stay hydrated to prepare your body for the increased fluid intake during the cleanse.

During your Cleanse
What Will I Be Consuming on My Cleanse?
You will drink 7 juices/smoothies (250ml each) and 1 booster shot (100ml) per day.
How Often Should I Consume the Bottles?
We recommend drinking the bottles at even intervals throughout the day. Depending on your sleep schedule, this may vary, but typically one every 1–2 hours works well.
What If I Get Hungry?
It’s important to listen to your body. While our cleanses are designed to be consumed without food, here are some tips to curb hunger:
- Start with water or herbal tea before introducing any solid foods. These can help reduce hunger.
- If you still feel the need to snack, opt for fruits or vegetables you have on hand. Steamed vegetables can be especially filling!
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water between juice servings to stay hydrated and support your body’s detoxification process.
Monitor Physical Activity
While light to moderate exercise is fine, we recommend limiting highly intensive workouts. Expect that your body may need time to adjust
After your Cleanse
After completing a juice cleanse, it’s important to ease back into solid foods gradually to avoid digestive discomfort. Here are some simple guidelines for a smooth transition:
- Start Light: Begin with easily digestible foods like soups, salads, steamed vegetables, and fruits. These are gentle on your digestive system while providing essential nutrients.
- Stay Hydrated: Keep drinking plenty of water, herbal teas, and coconut water to support ongoing hydration and your body’s detoxification process.
- Avoid Overindulgence: While it’s natural to crave certain foods after a cleanse, focus on nutrient-dense options and limit processed foods.
- Maintain Healthy Habits: Continue regular physical activity, manage stress effectively, and ensure adequate sleep to support your long-term health goals.
