How to cleanse?

Cleansing involves replacing solid meals with nutrient-dense juices for a set period, usually 2–7 days.

Our cleanse includes a total of 8 drinks, staggered evenly throughout the day – a mix of Cold Press Juices and Smoothies depending on you plan.

How often should I do a juice cleanse?

How often you cleanse depends on your lifestyle and goals. The most popular approach is cleansing seasonally (four times per year), which helps maintain a manageable and balanced approach to your health goals throughout the year.

Whether you choose to cleanse more frequently or less often is entirely up to you. Some may benefit from cleansing every few months, while others may prefer a more occasional reset. Listen to your body and choose what feels right for your individual needs.

What If I get Hungry?

Feeling hungry is a common experience during a cleanse, but it’s important to know that it’s just a phase that will pass. Most people tend to feel this hunger most strongly towards the end of Day 1 or at the start of Day 2.

To help curb hunger, start by drinking water, followed by herbal tea. If the hunger persists, it’s perfectly fine to have a small snack of vegetables or nuts.

Are Your Juices Cold PRessed?

Yes, our juices are cold-pressed to retain maximum nutrients and enzymes. This method uses hydraulic pressure instead of heat, which helps preserve the freshness and health benefits of the raw ingredient.
